Sustainability at SOU presents Earth Week!

Last year the Earth Day Celebration was the largest event with more than 30 activity tables from both campus and community groups. Sustainability & Recycling Coordinator, Roxane Beigel-Coryell, wants to encourage everyone to be a part of Earth Week. What can students expect? “Something for everyone, every day of the week,” says Beigel-Coryell.

Here are some even events happening before the official beginning of Earth Week…

Wednesday – “Tabeling” event from 11am-2pm where students will be creating mosaic artwork with bottle caps.

Thursday – Recycling with Residence Halls at 7pm

Friday – “Trash Audit” Friday 1:30pm at the SU
