Oregon Shakespeare Festival prepares for opening weekend

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival opens its 2011 season this Thursday with four new productions.

Shakespeare’s “Measure for Measure,” Moliere’s “The Imaginary Invalid,” the stage adaptation of Harper Lee’s “To Kill a Mockingbird,” and Julia Cho’s “The Language Archive” will open the new season of awe-inspiring OSF productions.

The Angus Bowmer Theatre will house “Measure for Meaure,” “To Kill a Mockingbird,” and “The Imaginary Invalid,” while “The Language Archives” will be shown in the New Theatre.

Matinees begin at 1:30 p.m. and nightly performances start at 8 p.m. and vary depending on the day.     Ticket prices range from special $20 tickets to $99, so check osfashland.org for details.
