Aloha, SOU! Our campus is set to receive a little taste of Hawaii later this week. On April 27th, SOU’s student organization Ho’opa’a Hawai’i Club will be hosting their annual luau at the McNeal Pavilion. The Ho’opa’a Hawai’i Club has hosted this event for several years, and this year could be bigger than ever.
The annual luau will feature Polynesian dancing, mouth-watering Hawaiian food, and plenty of entertaining surprises from the big island. The luau has been a huge success in the past and looks to continue that winning streak.
The luau starts at 6:00pm on April 27th, in the McNeal Pavilion. Tickets are available for purchase in the Stevenson Union from now until April 25th. Tickets will also be sold at the door prior to the event. Tickets are $18 for students, $20 general admission, and $13 for children (10-17).
If you can’t wait until Saturday for the big show, take a sneak peak at last year’s footage of the luau below. For more informaton, please contact the Ho’opa’a Hawai’i Club at hawaiiclubsou@gmail.com. Hope to see you there!
