Last weekend’s rain didn’t stop the fifth annual St. Valentine’s Day Massacre for the Southern Oregon Football team. For the past half-decade, the Raiders have broken the offseason slum with a day dedicated to vigorous workouts and team building activities. On Saturday night the Raiders left the weights in the gym to compete in various games ranging from dodgeball to a chin up competition. The coaches believe that this is the best way to break up the off-season stretch and in the words of head coach Craig Howard, “You don’t eat macaroni and cheese every night.”
