Oregon Attorney General John Kroger plans to make a push for a state
law that would make the viewing of child pornography illegal.

The Oregon Supreme Court recently ruled that looking at child pornography,
as long as it wasn’t purposefully downloaded, printed, or paid for was
legal under Oregon statutes.

Kroger plans to propose a draft of the new law to lawmakers as early as February, according to an article in
the Oregonian.
